Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
Order processing (verification, quality control, packaging, and forwarding to the supplier) takes between [3 to 7] business days after payment confirmation.
2. Shipping Times (Global Dropshipping)
Due to our global dropshipping model, delivery times are estimated and may vary.
- Estimated Delivery Time: [15 to 45] business days after processing.
- Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, strikes, holidays, or force majeure events.
3. Tracking
All orders include tracking information. The tracking number will be provided via email once the order is shipped by the supplier.
4. Customs Duties and Taxes
The customer is solely responsible for the payment of any customs duties, import taxes, or charges that may be levied upon delivery, according to the legislation of the destination country.
5. Lost or Missing Shipments
If tracking information is not updated for more than [60] calendar days, we will consider the shipment lost and will issue a full refund or resend the product, at the customer's discretion.
